Tests are a proven option to check knowledge, either immediately (e. g. right after a lesson) or in conclusion (e. g. after completing the course). You can individually adjust the test conditions, like the time frame, amount of repeats or minimum score.
With the test function you make sure that your employees have a motivating goal in mind. Potential test questions are always developed in close collaboration and can be implemented as multiple choice or individual question sets.
